Doug is a veteran of the United States Army and brings 15 years of corporate business to Auction Boulevard. Doug’s specialty is in real estate and Benefit Auctions. Doug graduated with a Business Degree from Mid-America Nazarene College in 1981 and is a 1997 graduate of the Missouri Auction School. Doug has earned his CAI designation (the highest designation given in the auction industry), the AARE designation (Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate) and the BAS Designation (Benefit Auction Specialist). Doug is active in the Colorado Auctioneers Association, serving as President in 2010. Doug is also a member of the Colorado Auctioneers Foundation (current President), National Auctioneers Association, and the Grand Junction Kiwanis Club. Doug has sold Real estate throughout Colorado and Wyoming, Coin collections and estate property, Business Liquidations, Bankruptcy sales, and Benefit Auctions throughout Colorado and the Midwest. Doug has two children, Lindsey and Preston, and has lived in Colorado for over 22 years and loves what this great State has to offer.

OJ Pratt, CAI

OJ Pratt was born in Alton, Illinois the fourth of six children of Orville and Eileen. His sisters shortened Orville Jr. into OJ when he was in the 6th grade and the name stuck! In 1980 he moved to Longmont and worked for 3 years at the Longmont Police Department. In 1984 he purchased Pacific Auction of Longmont where he met his sweetheart and wife, Carol. OJ grew up in the auction business. Many hours were spent practicing his chant as he and his father drove down the highway to the next auction. OJ has been the lead auctioneer and promoter for thousands of auctions representing over 300 million dollars in sales. OJ has conducted auctions for many prestigious organizations including United States Government, Rockwell International, IBM, Hewlitt Packard, State Farm Insurance, Farmers Insurance, StorageTek, Miniscribe, Maxtor, National Quilters Museum, Colorado Public Television, Numerous Colorado municipalities, counties and school districts, He sold two complete railroads at auction- The Sundown and Southern and the High Country Railroad and thousands of estates, business liquidations and benefit auctions. OJ is a 1987 graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute held at the University of Indiana at Bloomington. OJ and Carol have four children, Aaron, Roma, Joshua and Brittany. They live on a farm near Berthoud CO. OJ is involved in volunteer work at Grace Evangelical Free Church, Skyline Kiwanis, The Longmont Baseball League, Boy Scouts of America and the Colorado Auctioneers Association. OJ has also worked as a Racetrack announcer, Radio Station owner and show host, been an announcer and Master of Ceremonies for many special events and done voice over work on many commercials.

Joel Kincaid

Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Spring Arbor University where he received “Honors in the Major” in 1990.  Joel has worked for a Screen Printing and Embroidery company doing illustrative work as well as an Art Director for an international manufacturing company before starting Merge 2 Media in 2002. Joel has been helping both local and national clients with their marketing needs through traditional marketing efforts as well as the growing online and digital marketing trends. Joel has been designing and developing websites since 1994. Joel enjoys offering clients creative and unique perspectives on each project that he works on. He is very active in the local community serving on several boards and on the Fruita City Council.
